As an information developer with General Dynamics, I authored Build Books (BBs) the deployment of virtual servers by the Department of National Defence.
I grew in the team to a leader, providing guidance, quality assurance, and a final approval before the BBs were delivered to the customer.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, I ensured that standards were maintained, problem reports were promptly addressed, and document versioning was maintained.
